920 Radcliffe

This two-and-a-half-story brick house was built sometime between 1887 and 1891 in the Eastlake style and features a clipped gable roof. Some architectural details of the house include corbelled brickwork under the eaves on the second story and a gabled dormer on the front façade featuring a pair of round-arched windows. The detail on the porch balustrade is a later addition, based on a pattern found elsewhere in the house during renovations.
