316 Radcliffe

The deed to this property bears the names of some of the founding fathers of Pennsylvania, including John and William Penn. In the early 1800s, a portion of the former Heiss and Stackhouse shipyard was located on this tract of land. The current frame house with wooden siding was built in the Greek Revival style in 1847.
